I purchased an Air Conditioner through Flipkart on [30.04.2026] with Order ID (OD437438611485525100)
The product was delivered on [01.05.2026]. At the time of purchase, installation service was promised within a reasonable time. However, even after completion of more than two weeks from the date of delivery, the AC has not been installed.
I have repeatedly contacted customer support through calls/chats/emails on multiple occasions, but no proper support, resolution, or installation has been provided till date.
Due to this delay and negligence:
I was unable to use the product
I faced mental stress and inconvenience
Valuable time was wasted in repeated follow-ups
The service promised during purchase was not fulfilled
The conduct of the opposite parties amounts to:
Deficiency in service
Unfair trade practice
Negligence towards customer grievance
under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
Relief Sought
I respectfully request the Hon’ble Commission to direct the opposite parties to:
Immediately arrange installation of the ACOR provide full refund of the product amount
Refund any additional charges paid towards installation/service
Pay compensation of ₹[300/day from the promised date] for mental harassment, inconvenience, delay and given false hopes on installation(4 times)
Pay litigation expenses and any other relief deemed fit by this Hon’ble Commission
