Text of Complaint by Ranjit paul:

I bought a cooler online and when powering up , the fan did not run , so called the service people of thomson , they changed the fan . But while changing the fan they accidentally broke the body and damaged.

They at the time of changing fan did not provided any job sheet or any complain ID even after asking . They just said that we will come again and change this body part that got damaged during the fan change of the cooler .

Now on calling they are saying that I have to pay 80 percent charges for the part change which the service people of thomson damaged. And no response from Thomson on emailing the issue.
