Hello Sir/Madam,

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against Flipkart and its logistics partner regarding the non-delivery of my ordered product and the continuous harassment caused due to their poor service.

I had placed an order of Cult Revive Foot Massager on Flipkart with a committed delivery date of 10th May 2026 order ID OD337515142868582100. However, the product was not delivered on the promised date. Since 11th May 2026, I have been continuously following up with the Flipkart support team through calls and messages, but I have only received false assurances and repeated delays.

It has been observed that the product was marked as “out for delivery” on at least four different occasions, but each time, by the end of the day, the delivery status was updated as “undelivered” due to so-called “unexpected” or “logistics issues.” These reasons appear misleading and unjustified.
Furthermore, I would like to highlight that I successfully received two other orders from the same logistics partner in the past two days, even though those orders were placed later than the current one. This clearly indicates inconsistency and possible negligence or intentional delay.

I strongly suspect that the delay is being caused deliberately, possibly because the product was purchased at a discounted price during an offer period, and its current market price has significantly increased. Adding to my frustration, since 11th May, I have repeatedly been asked by Flipkart representatives whether I wish to cancel the order, which raises serious concerns regarding their intent.

This entire experience has caused me mental stress, inconvenience, and loss of trust in Flipkart’s services. Despite multiple escalations, no concrete action has been taken to resolve the issue.

Therefore, I request the following:
1. Immediate delivery of my product on a priority basis without further delay.
2. Compensation for the inconvenience, mental harassment, and service deficiency.
3. Strict action against the involved logistics partner for providing false updates.

If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will be constrained to escalate the matter further through the Consumer Commission (Consumer Court) and other legal channels.
Please treat this matter with urgency and provide a resolution at the earliest.
