I am writing to you regarding an unsatisfactory experience of the delivery agent I had at the time of delivery of a product from ajio.
The agent did not have patience to wait for the payment as I was at my work. He has no basic manners, how to talk and behave with the customers.
He’s very rude and does not have patience to deliver the product.
Hence I request you to take the necessary action against the delivery agent (Mr. Manjunath Kallur 8105809468) And he ordered my mother not to open the product as the payment was under process. He has no rights to question or to order the customer.
If the necessary action is not taken against him by you as a grievance officer, I’ll have to take it forward for the customer court to file a case against him. Hope my complaint is taken seriously and he has to realize his mistake and be sorry for his mistake, as the same should not happen to other customers too.
