on 9th of april i have ordered 2 food items from Burger Inlaw via swiggy platform. When I received the package first of all i saw the paper package was damaged by water but the outer plastic was perfectly alright but it wal unsealed. 2nd i checked that i have received only chicken popcorn but chicken wings were missing. Then and there i contacted swiggy chat support team and explained all issues. Then he processed 165 rupees refund against the missing food and provided one RRN number which is invalid. They also shared refund id but bank is also not able to track any refund. I contacted swiggy support several times. Swiggy is saying they have processed refund if it is not credited then contact bank. Then i have contacted bank many times but they told me to contact swiggy. Again swiggy told me to contact bank. I have not received my refund yet.
