Hello
Myself MD Ghulam Asghar having paytm registered number with 8121936527. I have done some transaction from axis bank credit card to paytm worth 7000 and from paytm wallet to Icici bank on 3 March. On that time I received message from Paytm that money has refunded to my bank with some transaction I’d. But still I didn’t get money in bank.. I consulted bank they are asking me to send mail to paytm and get bank account last four digits to which paytm has transferred money for further action. Because with the message I am having from paytm they were unable to help me on this.
There is no response from paytm cystomer care after raising mail also
