I ordered a Phillips desktop speaker with soundbar costing around 11 thousand on 23rd SEP and i received used and scratched product then I raised return request and it’s been almost one month there is no action on this they rejected my request and i have written several emails to them, and made so many calls but they are not doing anything with my concern.

I have purchased one high end Dell laptop from paytm for Rs. 79380/- and it has supplied without its power adaptor and mains cord which I have already informed them. I was expecting they will supply it through separate parcel or any other way. In the mean time I was in urgent need of laptop and I have open and tried to activate later I came to know that the particular piece is defective. They have approved my return but no one is picking up my laptop so that I can get the refund or new laptop. I have tried my level best to contact them but there is no response properly. Please do the needful
