Hi i have placed an order on paytm for charcoal face mask with order id 6570603162.
But wheni received the product i got a diffrent product i.e a brush for toilet cleaning.
When i contacted with paytm they didn’t respond to my issue and mark the conversation as closed.
I would like to take an immediate action against paytm
