Text of Complaint by Siddharth Singh:

I ordered food from Swiggy . The dilivery time is more then 2 hours. So I cancelled that order. They will charged 100 percent of my food costing. When I call customer care they refused to refund me and told after order of one minute order cancellation fees is charged. When I told please forward my call to senior for proper response they will put me on hold I waited for more then 45 minutes but can’t get any response. ORDER ID#166031097788383
