#ACTFIBERNET are no 1 cheats they loot money from customers when i upgraded for the 200 MBPS plan they didn’t upgrade the plan when i called the customer service they gave me shit reasons that the router needs to be changed because of ACT i have to waste money buying a router.
When the technician visited my place he told that the plan is not upgraded from the back end still its in the old plan 100 MBPS due to lock down they haven’t upgraded .
Its was the problem from ACT the cable had to been changed yesterday the technician came and changed the cable i was getting the speed in my mobile since my laptop is not the upgraded version i was not getting the speed.
I was getting the required speed only from yesterday but they have charged from May month itself to the upgraded plan . ACT they are least bothered about the service they just know how to send the bill only that they are good at it .
Please beware while taking ACT connection because they only charge the bill they dont provide the required speed . When i asked ACT for waiver off customer support told me right from the top management told there is no waiver off.
I just waiting for #Spectranet and #Jiofibernet to come to my locality once they come planning to chuck #ACTFIBERNET
