Text of Complaint by Rinki Goel Pahwa:

Hi, I had booked 3 return tickets from New Delhi to London for Virgin Atlantic. We all travelled from Delhi to London on 6th Jan. However regarding the return ticket I was looking for reschedule or cancellation. I spoke with cleartrip agents number of times between 10th Jan – 20th Jan. Regarding reschedule they told me the charges and regarding cancellation on one of the call agent mentioned that there is approx Rs 40000 will be refunded you back. On rest of the calls they mentioned that not sure regarding the refund amount – ” Whatever amount we will receive back from airlines we will refund you back”. When I cancelled the ticket on 20th March agent again mentioned to me same thing.
Noone ever mentioned that might be no refund in case of cancellation of ticket. Then post cancellation they just sent an email that there is no refund which we have received from airline so there is no money which you will get.
This is harassment to the customer after speaking with them so many times and that too for hours this is the way how they deal with the customer.
