I raised a claim as my phonescreen got damaged.
But the vfclaims@dsspro.in or Vodafone mobile shield took 3 months but still they didn’t dispatched my mobile after repair. Also they are not responding to phone call. They are very irresponsible. guide me to take strong action against them. They have taken more than 90 days still not helping
