Text of Complaint by Naresh Sharma:

I had ordered two iteams at Zomato. One was food thali, second one was kaju burfi. But I received one iteam food thali.

Zomato denied to give refund the money or provide the same iteam with same or other vendors

When I called to their vendor, they asked to arrange rider by Zomato. But Zomato was not agreed for the same and provide their credit point. I don’t want to continue with Zomato, so useless points for me. This is the  cheating with me and money lost.

One more thing, Zomato has a copy paste word sorry for everything. In every sentence they used this word and clearly ignored the customer after earning the money without giving any service or selling product.

It was pathetic experience with Zomato, even they don’t have customer care, nodel officer number, there is no esclatesca matrix to help the customer.

Need to take stricte action against these kind of cheating company.
