I was regular user of Zomato. On dated 25 May, 2019 Ordered from Zomato Rasgulla from Azad Dairy of Amount Rs 114 including delivery charges.(ORDER SLIP ATTACHED). Due to some personal unavoidable reason i cancelled the my order but Zomato taken total money and also instead of requests not delivered the order also. I I have made several requests but there was no any response. Totally cheating from zomato. How cancellation charges can be equal to total order charges.
