dear sir/madam.
Yesterday I booked oyo room in koduvally….me Nd my wife given our valid Id proof…but the receptionist didn’t agreed our id……..the guy said u can cancel Nd u will get back your money refund………then I cancelled the room..but the oyo assistant said it not our policy…we can’t back u refund…it’s like cheating…very bad experience…
