I ordered a Asus laptop with model named as
ASUS TUF FX505DY-BQ002T 15.6 inch costing 49,990 rupees on 20-July-2019.
The ordered was delivered to me on next day evening and on opening the outer cover of package I discovered that there was a pack of H.P. laptop with model named as 14q-cs0014TU costing around 30,999(online) inside.As it was understandable from the pack that it has hp laptop I informed customer care regarding the same without tempering any seal of the product cover. They requested me to open the final cover and provide the images of final product delivered and promised to provide the solution soon.I provided them all the necessary proof asked for. The laptop delivered to me was cheaper in prices by a margin of around 20,000 rupees and feature offered by laptop were also different. I waited patiently for the response from their end and after around 8 days they told that they have done the investigation and concludes that they have delivered right product.
I was shocked by their response and as I was being true with all the proof I was asked to provide and still without providing any information to me regarding investigation they declared that they delivered the right product and no refund or replacement can be done. I requested them to connect me to investigation team but the customer care person denied that saying they are busy.
I escalated the matter and again got the same response after waiting for another 9 days and providing the proofs again.I went on twitter also with the same but there also they are not providing any positive response.
It has been around 25 day now and neither I have got correct product nor any refund has been made and my hard earned money has got trapped.

Please help me with the above issue and provide me with a resolution on the same.
