I HAD BOOKED A flight TICKET 5 days ago through paytm and there was a single word error in the last name. I told air india about it and they told that only the agent can help in changing it and it is possible.When i contact paytm they just hang up the call for hours and they do not react and when they talk they deny it and say that they cant help it and name change is not possible.I would file a complaint against paytm for not helping me and completely deny it
