Good Afdternoon,
I Nagesh Rama Rao have invested my hard earned money of Rs 21 Lakh in the above said construction represented by Mrs Mandeep Kaur MD. I was promised that by May 2017 will the the possession of flats. Since it was delayed when ever we contacted their CRM we were getting reply only Blue print approval from BBMP is pending and will start in next couple of week. Finally in September 2016 I had lodged a complaint with Elders Help Line as initiative from BCP but from there also I did not able to get any proper help from them.
I have cancelled the booking of flat on 2nd Nov 2016 and as per MOU they are liable to refund with in 90 days however I have not yet received any refund. Have raised a comnplaint with Kormangala DCP office and the latest update is there are many case filled against the company.
I urge you to look into this as there are many victims who are awaiting refund from the company.
