My customer id is 1315834455. 10-12 days back one gentleman from tata sky customer service called me and informed about trial service of channel no 724 for a week free of cost and without changing existing monthly tariff of Rs. 745/-.
But sadly I got text message that my monthly tariff has been revised and new sariff is Rs.1043- per month to be renewed on 23th Nov 19 instead of 1st Dec.
As I haven’t given my consent for this so I advise you to keep my earlier plan. Thanks
