The complaint is that the place where ,I am posted is Changlang District of Arunachal Pradesh and the telecom service provider available are BSNL ,VODAFONE,AIRTEL & JIO ,it is very disheartening when you spend your hard earned money for a service which you expect but you don’t get it ,
Unlike BSNL in this area RIP ,Vodafone quite functions in 3G mode where as it has launched 4G service ,JIO provides fast internet in LTE not in VOLTE ,Vodafone & Jio are better in service ,Now the problem with Airtel is that it shows the only 4G VOLTE in its connectivity but hardly a whatsapp messages can be seen.
Now the question is that when it is not providing 4G VOLTE speed internet than why are they fooling the general mass by displaying 4G VOLTE by the Airtel Service provider and also want to know exactly which service is being provided ,
beacuse after the experience of my use of airtel in this particular District H.Q it seems that there is some fault by the service provider and which need to be rectified,
few minutes back I have also talked to two of the Airtel customer care executive ,who hardly understand English ,as per my preferred language its english but the firts custonmercare executive colud not understand my english and without bothering he just told me that ,
“I can’t understand you “Sir and just transferred my call to one of his senior executive but to my utter surprise even the senior CC executive was having problem to understand my simple english language.
Instead of giving me assurance after hearing my complaints ,he was just reading a script which was not at all related to solve my problem and just hung up my call, is this the standard of Airtel than we don’t want it in our place.
One of the worst network and customer care out there at Kolkata without the knowledge of our locality giving bullshit answer .
