Complaints Regarding Education

Hello sir I am Dinesh,I will purchase byjus IAS tablet coon 28 August 2023 but yet they don’t sent any books and study material for me but I will pay emi correctly when ever I am asking books to byjus customer care means they only say the books are out of stock.almost 9 months are gone but they don’t decrease any amount for me sir please solve my issue because this will taking me to the bad side like drinking alcohol are attempting suside
