Text of Complaint by Rohit Bansal:

There is an online Ed-tech company named Hey Coach that promises to place students and provide assistance in placement. On their website, they have mentioned information to attract students to enroll in their course, such as a 25 LPA average package and a 98 LPA maximum. They do not have placements, and they do not directly disclose this fact. Instead, they tell students to wait, saying “we are bringing in companies, we will start placements as soon as we get clearance,” but this wait never ends. After some time, students become frustrated and leave the course. According to Hey Coach, they have tried their best to help students, but they have not fulfilled their promises. Students leave the course because they cannot wait indefinitely. This situation appears to be a scam. I am enrolled, like many other hundreds of students who have been scammed. Please take action. I cannot disclose my real name here because I am currently stuck in this course, and my money is at stake. I cannot afford to lose it.

Later I got to know that it is a very big scam ongoing in the market targeting the jobseekers and students. They don’t provide contacts of their representatives, and online classes are also un-interactive. The education quality is also bad. I demand a full refund of my hard-earned money along with the compensation for wasting my 1.5 Years of career adding with the mental trauma I faced because of this.
