My order was picked by a shadowfax delivery agent however he marked as cancelled. Merchant is asking me to get it successfully delivered by the delivery agent. But the delivery agent has been harassing me upon asking him Order disappeared was last modified: June 20th, 2022 by Consumer Court

I have ordered shahi paneer from 4.1 rated restaurant of Zomato and it gave me Dal Makhni inspite of it. Wgen I reported the same to their customer support via chat , They only offered me a coupan of my order price which will only applicable for ordering on their for next 30 days. When I refused to take this voucher and requested for my refund they denied stating as this order was cod so we can offer refund.
