Here I am trying to explain one fraud which I came across with an Amazon delivery guy on 24th Feb & 25th Feb and here are the details. I lost 2099 Rs. extra because of the dummy product.
1. Recently I have purchased Prestage items with COD (Ordered on 20 February 2022 Order# 405-0764166-3655538)
2. The delivery guy came to me on Feb 24 and said Amazon scan has an issue, can you please give the money, I did google pay 2099 Rs to the delivery guy (Attached screenshot).
3. I do not like the items so I triggered the return on 24th Feb, and Feb 25th afternoon an Amazon guy came and took that product.
4. On 25th one Amazon delivery guy came to deliver an item and asked to pay 2099 Rs, my wife thought I had ordered something and she paid to Amazon service account with scan (Attached screenshot).
5. Once I opened the package, I found a gala mop stick product worth 600 Rs. The bill has some other name and address, but the external sticker says it is my package.
6. If you track the complete order, Item delivered on 24th Feb at 7.35 PM as COD (2099 Rs. Google pay) / Return triggered on 24th Feb / Returned the item on (25th Feb afternoon) / and again same product money paid on 25th Feb at 8.30 PM to Amazon service account ( 2099 Rs.)
7. Please track this transaction and return back my extra amount which I paid to the delivery guy 2099 Rs.
8. I have already received one 2099 Rs. which I paid to Amazon service account with QR code
9. Here I am asking about another 2099 which I paid to Amazon delivery guy who cheated me on Feb 24th
