Text of Complaint by Rutwa:

Without subscribing for any valu added services, Vodafone automatically deducted certain amount from recharge and even after committing the refund it was not initiated and upon calling on phone banking they simply said you will not be greeting refund. I have my reference number for complain registered but still they are not responding
