I have ordered an item from fripkart and it reached my hometown. The status showed that it was out for delivery and it did not reach me even after 3days. Eventually the product got cancelled saying that they were unable to reach me when, in reality, no one tried to contact me or reach out to my shipping address. On calling the customer care they asked me to reorder the product saying that this will not happen again. But the same thing happened again even after ordering the product again. No one came to deliver the product or tried reaching out to me and cancelled the order saying I was unreachable. I wanted to know why this harassment to me inspite of raising so many complaints and receiving so many assurances from Flipkart. If they cannot deliver a product then they should not take the order and make us wait.
