call drop is a very major issue now in airtel in our city srinagar garhwal uttarakhand.. its very common now.. i think you guys are ok with that.. how careless you are. I call several times in your customer care number but they didn’t respond.. even they cantc receive the call..oh they are so busy i think.. i think u know about the call drop cons, which a network company knows better. Even TRAI gives so many warnings to all networking companies about call drop. I think now i take a big step.
