Dear Sir,
I am using the 1xBet account ID 911407587 from last 3-4 months, I had lost lot of money. On 08.09.2024 I won around Rs.9,00,000/- and while withdrawing the money I am not finding any withdrawing option than I had called them, and they told me that your account needs security verification and told me to send my personal documents which sent them around 100 time they asked me for documents like my Aadhaar, Passport, Video with carrying ID, My bank cards photo and videos, my bank card statement. But now from yesterday they are not responding to my emails. I have Rs.984,502.16 in my 1XBet account, earlier I had lost lot of money, and I had taken loans from bank. After winning they restricted my account due to which I am not able to withdraw any money. When I tried to reach customer care they are telling that they are not able to do anything as they security team has restricted my account. I need support sir as I have small kids and I have to pay their school fees.
