Dear sir I was booked a bus ticket from Chennai to Tiruchirapalli on 31.07.2020. I was booked through Paytm . Paytm booked ticket from IVAR travels. The departing time was 10.15 pm . But I was not received any call or message from travels. But I was came from Andhra and waiting for bus in Chennai at boarding point. Even after 10 o clock bus was not came and there is no other customer . Paytm not given any contact no of travel. Finally I called Paytm care but they told simply sorry.
The mail I was sent to their care centre . They are deleted 3 Times.
