Hi I have placed a car accessory order ( Tyre Inflator) in gomechanic and paid online for this order on 8th July, as per the timeline they were supposed to deliver me on 13th July, but until today they have not delivered me, I called up their customer care many times and they say they will revert back in 30mins and give a call back, but nothing happens, I have also asked them to cancel my order and give me refund they say yes its cancelled but actually its not, I didnt receive my refund yet nor the product. I am totally fedup with their customer service. Pls help me out. I have enclosed order history screen shot for reference.
