I booked tickets of neugo bus .My boarding point was sherpur chowk Ludhiana at 12:20 .Reached the point with my kids at 11:45 to avoid any problem But to my surprise when I called bus operator at 12:30 to ask the status of my bus i came to know that bus has been cancelled due to maintenance issue.at last moment I m knowing this and with kids i am stating aloan on road that to so late night.is this the responsibility of bus operator.if bus was not started they should have informed earlier.at last moment what should I do. No responsibility of bus operator to msg ya call customer. I have to board a local bus just because of these nuts operator because no option was left.i was completely harrased

I have booked the tickets from Delhi to Rishikesh 5:00PM, the bus is delayed and there was no prior information, I took a half day from office, deducted my salary to catch the bus on time but they didn’t have informed even, no call nothing, and still not telling the exact time, by how much the bus is delayed.
