I had ordered a 3D couple miniature on 27th November 2023. The order was done through myshopify.com and my order ID is 1341.
Though the commited delivery was 5-7 days, but after a long wait, I received the order today after 27 days, and instead of the 3D miniature, I received a watch and few broken pieces of what seems to be like a mug.
I had done the payment through PhonePe and my transaction ID is T2311271308165277410211 for your reference.
Request you to kindly help me to get a refund from the fraudster.
