Respected Sir/Madam
Bought clothing from BrandFactory, Perungudi, Chennai few days ago. The bill came around 11k and they charged 2o rupees for paper bag. When I told them that TamilNadu government has already issued a notice not to charge for paper bag or cloth bags, they said neither they or the Executives of BrandFactory are not aware of this. It is really shocking and ridiculous that even the founder/CEO of this company don’t read newspapers or watch TV news channels. Attached the bill / invoice copy for your reference and feel free to reach out to me if any other evidence required.
