Firstly i won this coupon on twitter #fswpictureready contest and received coupon after a lot of texting to the official twitter handle of brand factory then they shared me this coupon which i think its already redeemed by someone when they shared which is valid from 9th dec to 12 dec but they gave me on 10th dec, so i went on to brand factory(which is at marathahalli main road beside HP petroleum pump) on 11the dec 2019 in the afternoon which is between 12:30pm to 1pm and went directly to fourth floor to shop luggage trolley and before that i asked the cashier on 4th floor that i have 5000rs coupon can i redeem that here he said ok then i shopped trolley and two shirts so that the total would be 5000
Then i went to cash counter which is at 4th floor and he billed the total value which is above 5k and tried to redeem the coupon there he got some error which he didn’t specified to me and asked me to go to the ground floor where customer service is their and they will help me to redeem this So i went to ground floor and asked customer support they asked the one of the cashier to bill so he tried to bill then coupon got applied but amount was showing the same at checkout page with no discount and there’s is some error on their page like java error may be there’s is some issue on their server i think. He tried then 3 to 4 times same happened then he said i have to call the brand factory customer care to resolve the issue so i did the same and launch a ticket
forgot to mention in all these time when i faced the issue i pinged on brand factory twitter handle which gave me this coupon but didn’t got any text back from them they just seeing my text and ignoring
So after raising the request with CC then i went off to my room
The next day which is 12th dec 2019 i had gone to anther store which is also at marathahalli to try whether the issue got solved and its the last date of expiry for the voucher they had given

I have shopped some shirts there and tried to redeem the coupon but there it showed coupon is already used so i returned and called CC of brand factory they claimed that i will receive resolution by the same day by evening but i didn’t got any call on that day the next day which is 13th dec 2019 i have received a call asking me the details of branches which i had went i told them and they disconnected my call disconnected then at around 1:11pm i got a call claiming that they are calling from brand factory hometown branch(2nd branch which i visited on 12th december) so i told him the entire issue he said that marketing team is saying coupon is already redeemed then i said to him that i gave the coupon only to cashier and CC how it would be redeemed and ask him to check where it was redeemed or used then i mentioned the incident which happened at the previous branch & he replied that he will call them and ask the same & call disconnected
So on 13th dec in the evening i went to check on with the first branch that if the coupon got redeemed there they asked me to shop the thing to bill so i did and went to bill then same issue coupon used

i have tried every possible attempt to resolve my issue
I’m tired roaming their branches calling customer care
And finally i noticed that brand factory official twitter handle has blocked me for asking help
This is what they behave with us if you ask solution for the problem you have faced . if they didn’t want to give the customers their prize please don’t make a list of winners for promotion and play with customers and if they ask you question regarding their issues what’s ur problem in resolving them its their job to answer

I have waiting from 13th december2019 to till day i.e 15th january2020 hoping that someone will solve my issue but all my effort gone in vain
Hope i will get resolution and the brand factory guys will learn a lesson and treat customers with respect
