Hi, I have used my number 8826124488 for 5 years now and when I was on an international roaming I have opted a pack where I could only receive messages when I am sweden and nothing else. This worked well for few months now but then Suddenly airtel has started making money from charging me for a service which I didn’t know about and as per my plan while international roaming I should have received only Incoming messages and nothing else.
Now when I asked about it they said you need to pay the amount without proper explanation. I am forced to pay the amount for the services I have never used in my knowledge.
I guess Bharti Airtel has started now making money with these kind of special tricks. I am ended up in discontinuing my Airtel number now.
I need to understand why Airtel charged me this much without prior notification.
