Text of Complaint by Ronak Singh:

Sir, I booked hotel room at OYO Rooms app via OYO App (CYA64555) and I traveled bit they didn’t provided room the hotel manager showed Checked in before i Check in and Check Out when I arrive at hotel and when i raise complaint against the hotel at OYO service desk then they started ignoring call and they not resolving my issue
