I have made a hotel reservation at Raddison hotel Agra for 2 rooms from 03-01-2020 to 04-01-2020 online through Agoda.com. After filling all details the website asked for payment. I entered my card details and Rs 4366.32 got deducted from Card but there was no confirmation regarding payment successful and hotel booking. I have contacted the hotel also but they said that they do not have any booking in my name for above said date. There is no booking no available with us with which we can track our booking. Also there is no any customer care number from whom we can sought help
