Text of Complaint by Pooja Khanna:

We booked the hotel Lalit Srinagar, using booking.com from 21st June to 25th June. We were informed that our credit card is invalid and they are not able to validate the transaction and that we need to upload fresh card details in next 24 hrs, since we dont have any other card details we did not upload any other details. Later the same card was charged for the entire booking amount. on asking for refund, we were told that the payment is between the Hotel and us and we can contact the hotel directly for refund
