I bought the Boat air pods 131 from flipkart in Aug 2021, however after couple of days my air pods were keep getting disconnect so raised a complaint within flipkart as the product came with two weeks replacement warranty from flipkart itself now from boat. Now in June 2022 my air pods got faulty as battery wasn’t working at all and to use the airpods I need to keep them connected with charger, as this product came with one-year warranty I visited the nearest boat service centre where they confirmed that I will get a full replacement however it will get delivered at the original shipping address at the time of purchase. I shared my original invoice with them and raised my request on 26th June 2022. I got the request #34493629, the complete request was raised by the service centre person not by me, so they selected the information by themselves. Now on 28th June I got an email from boat stating “my request has been cancelled on my request” which is very idotic as why would I cancel my request after surrendering the faulty product. I called their helpline 02269181920 and the person answer my call confirmed me that once the request got cancelled it will get deleted from the record and they can’t see who cancelled it. After half an hour discussion with him on call he confirmed me that my request got cancelled under “suspicious activity” and now nothing can be done as boat company is not responsible for any product replacement. I do have my original invoice which confirmed they labial for one year replacement warranty however company is not ready to fulfil their obligation for service.
