On 28 aug 2017 I booked a ticket from BCT to NDLS by Mumbai Rajdhani/12951 for 29 aug 2017 through paytm (order number 3738147695). But I cancelled my plan to go because train was very late that day. Soo I filed tdr at 8.30 pm approx (train actual departure time was 5 pm and train was 6 to 10 hour delay thay day). Paytm respond me at 12.05 am at 29 aug 2017 that my tdr filed successfully. But after 10 days they told me that IRCTC canelled my tdr filed beause I filed TDR at 1.30 pm on 30 august. When i told him that I have proof, they checked all details and apolosised that I filed TDR at right time but its not paytm mistake. They told that its IRCTC mistake and depends on IRCTC to accept or reject my TDR filed. Plz resolve the issue.
