I booked an apartment (#591206997 is the booking number) for one night (14.10.2021) and paid the amount via credit card. The owner of the property replied saying one of the staffs has contacted covid. Hence they’re not accepting the booking. They’ve asked Agoda to cancel the booking as well. This conversation took place via Agoda’s own platform and we messaged each other via mail with Agoda connecting us. I wrote to Agoda multiple times literally begging to refund the amount but never heard back from them. They don’t have any customer support number or chat or anything. There are tons of complaints about fraud with this website. Shut down the website in order to save the consumers.
