14th july was my birthday and i had ordered the birthday cake via Swiggy. i received melted cake (without mentioned name and happy birthday on the cake )and showed him (delivery boy) he’s also agreed to complaint/returned for the cake. i told the delivery boy to returned the cake but he’s refused to returned due to companies policy. he told me that i had to complaint on the swiggy portal, if i want refund or replacement. i do the complaint on the swiggy portal with the images of pics (uploaded) but executive was on hurry and without any solution he’s closed my complaint. after that i had tried a lot, file a complaint but swiggy wasn’t listening to me even not tried to understand my point. swiggy haven’t any call to me for any explanation for melted/ bad quality of the cake. i want refund for this and compansetion also for torturing me.
