Text of Complaint by Sunil Kumar:

I have mistakenly selected the 999/month rental plan on 6th April 2020, but the same day after half n hour I called up to customer care and informed them to revoke my plan and executive informed me that the plan has been revoked and will be updated after an hour. But now when I received the bill they charged me one-time fees Rs. 5085 plus tax for the service which I never used. I raised a complaint in Vodafone and sent an email regarding my billing concern, they replied that they charged Rs. 2542.37 for Red X Plan Exit Fee for one time. Then I replied and asked why I should pay one time exit fee and when I called customer care, executive never told me that if you quit this plan you must pay onetime exit fees. Also, Its customers decision to choose any plan and change whenever they want, so I will not play single a penny for exit fees except monthly rental. Now they closed the case without my knowledge and I daily follow-up regarding this case they are not replying me.

So, I request you to please help me regarding this concern.
