I have been genuinely tired of chasing Vodafone collections (telecalling) executives to deactivate my number & reversing my charges billed to my postpaid connections services of which have never been used. My Relationship Number : 114931740 (I don’t even recollect the mobile number)
I have never used your Vodafone services, as right from Day 1 of activation there was poor network for use of DATA at my residence. The connection was primarily taken for DATA use but was of no help.
Around August / September 2018 – I was first contacted by a collections officer asking for making the payment & assured me of taking note of my concern on NO USAGE & DISCONNECTION .She had also requested me to make the payment outstanding so as to take the complaint for disconnection. Even after making the payment , I have been receiving continuous bills & am harassed by reminder calls.
Due to my busy work schedule & constant travelling, I am unable to visit your Vodafone store nor getting any assistance in resolving my complaint
I have been a victim now of false commitment/s from your telecallers, collection callers & am in no state to make any more bill payments as the services have never been used
I have also updated my complaint on WRITE TO US option on your website but to add to my agony this has also gone to deaf ears . Solicit your support in closing this matter & reversal of my charges billed
