I had applied for 2 Reliance connections & had done payment of Rs.998/- on 5th July 2018.
The payment was done online via debit card on your website & this was immediately processed.
To my surprise there was no reference number nor acknowledgment mail received from your side on my subscription
I made 4 to 5 calls to your Toll free Number : 1800-200-9001 but did not get any help
I wish to get my funds refunded back as I have received the worst service & have no support in escalating this matter
I had also sent my bank statement & refund the same back to me
