I feel very sorry to be a customer of Big Bazaar and member of profit club also for the reason as mentioned.
I have purchased one merchandise on 23rd Nov and returned it immediately with a credit note valid for 30 days. When i approached store on 25th Dec( 2 days later), they told me that it will go for approval and took necessary credit note copies and my contact details . After that Irrespective of my frequent follow up since last 1.5 months, it is not solved. Afterall it is my hard earned money which is with Big Bazaar and we need a urgent resolution on this.
It’s a matter of 2 days delay only and there should not be any hard rule for the same. I am asking for my hard earned money only which is with big bazaar now and in return they didnt give me anything. This a cheat to the customer. In my opinion there should nt be any validity for the credit note as this a receipt that Big bazaar has my money and i have to puchase something from their store only.
I have bought this merchandise from Big Bazar forum mart Bhubaneswar.
If they are unable to extend the credit note,pls give me the merchandise i returned with full respect.
