I did a recharge of 509rupees on 29 march 2018 in which their mentioned unlimited call,1.4GB 4G data/day and 100sms/day for 90 day
Iwas talking on a call with someone on 12 june, suddenly the call disconnect,
I again make a call and contuconmy talks, within 1:30 mins the call again disconnected, i again make a call but at this time the voice said low balance
I call customer care number and tell about the problem
They told me some unsatisfactory answer and also that they hadn’t any information about this and ask me to call after some time
I requested them to transfer the call to their seniors but they refused
I again make a call to customer care after some time
And repeat the same problem in front of him, he directly said he didn’t have any information about this concern
I again asked him to transfer call to their seniors but he refused and start behaving badly and disconnect the call himself
