Yesterday, we ate at Romantic Baboy SM Sucat. We have a terrible experience and the worst experience we had ina Samgyup style food resto. Basically it our first time to eat In Romantic Baboy sm Sucat. the first one was in BF homes paranaque and the service there was amazing unlike the sm Sucat Branch. I don’t care how much the price of the food is, as long that I’m satisfied with everything.

When we entered RB it seems that all staff and crew looks devastated and tired. We still wanted to eat there so we I don’t bother at all, maybe the place is just too hot that makes all the crews look tired. Any way, we sat on the Couch area, food were served. So we we were served with these thinly sliced beef and pork which is mainly FAT… we’re done with that. So, we decided to order our second batch, we are raising our hand and none of the crews looked at us and dare to ask what we wanted. I waited and waited… after 15 mins or so… there was this one crew who saw us, but before coming to us, there was another table who raised there hand, he went there first even though we’re the first one. He never went to us and instead went to the counter and served them what the other table needed. With that same guys, he saw another table that raises hand and went there, get there food and served. NOW! , we are left behind. no one was attending us. I get so agitated to have another order, so I called this guy.. I still remember all their faces anyway, we tried other meat flavors, we got this spicy and another one, I don’t know what it is called. we got one each of those. So we cooked it and the other one tastes like tocino… I don’t like tocino and I did not finish it. the other one is too spicy for me, so I did not finish it. We lost our appetite and did not order another batch because we don’t like it anymore. Now we came to bill out, the crew went to us and FORCED us to finish the food. How can we finish it if we don’t like the flavor? we want to try your menus, then if we don’t like the taste, you are forcing us us to eat it?
The guys said, we cannot bill you out if you cannot finish the food… WTF… I don’t eat tocino and the other one is too spicy…
Now this guy went to us again and said that, sige charge na lang namin kayo…!!! I tried to explain but he never listens. I don’t care about the charge, I don’t want to die eating your tocino and spicy meat.

There was a guy shouting on the front desks asking the crew to log in cuz they are all on the side chatting

OMG RB… and tagal na nga ng service nyo, nag charge pa kayo ng sobrang konting left over.

Attached here is the picture of our left over that we are charged of. the counter girl did not even bother to check the left over.

The service, the approach, the food, it’s all terrible. Maybe sa branch nyo lang but, I would say, di talaga maganda.

I will raise this concern to your head office and post this to social media.. FB, Instagram, tiktok and youtube.

I need to hear actions on this within the next 24 hours!!! reply to this email asap – I sent them multiple emails but no reply
