I had ordered on 3rd May 4 pcs of cotton underwears which costed 799 but did not received the mentioned product. there is no customer contact number given on it and even they have not sent the bill with it. can’t find the link on instagram also

  1. I recently placed an order for a bag through your website (via Instagram), and today I received the item. However, I am extremely disappointed with the product delivered.

    Not only is the quality of the bag very poor—comparable to a product worth Rs. 100—but it is also not the pattern I originally ordered. I had placed an order for a completely different design, and what I received is a low-quality, mismatched item.

    I have completed the payment of Rs. 799 for this order and am requesting a full refund of the same amount.

    Please look into this matter urgently and take immediate action. I expect a prompt resolution and a response at the earliest.
