Text of Complaint by Vishwanath:

I made a booking at a specific hotel using agoda. The payment for the booking was rs 2162. When I tried to check in at the hotel they denied check in saying that the price I paid via agoda is not what they would charge and denied my check in. And I tried contact agoda regarding this issue there was no proper response which intern left me stranded and had to book in at another hotel. It took nearly 3+ hours leaving me stranded before they could hear me out. After talking so much with them they gave a refund with 10% in agoda cash as a compensation. Which is not at all a compensation for what they put me through
